Our therapeutic approach utilizes elements of various methods including but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, structural, strategic therapies, and motivational interviewing in an effort to help clients meet their individual goals and effectively address personal life challenges.

We have worked with a wide variety of clients with varying needs and we tailor our approach to suit each client’s individual needs.

From depression and anxiety to bipolar, addiction & trauma, we offer a fresh perspective void of judgment to build on clients existing strengths to live their best lives. We utilize an Adlerian approach, looking at wellness through a holistic lens.
