With over 15 years of experience in the field, I have worked in various settings including adult foster care, supportive housing, community behavioral health clinic, and private practice. I specialize in helping individuals work through life’s challenges

I use a combination of Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy to help clients develop coping strategies and achieve their personal goals. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and individualized to each person’s needs.

About Me

I became a therapist to help others tap into their inner strengths and foster a sense of hope and well-being in their lives. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, music, reading, and traveling.
