Georgia Demun (She/Her)
Clinical Mental Health Counselor

  I am a 4 on the Enneagram

Areas of Expertise:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Stress Management
  • Brainspotting (Phase 1 & 2)
  • Identity Exploration (specifically LGBTQ)
  • Self-Compassion and Self-Esteem Work

Educational Background:

  • MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Adler Graduate School, 2021
  • Trained in Brainspotting (Phase 1 & 2)

Therapeutic Approach:

I believe we all possess the wisdom needed to navigate our lives! Sometimes, we just need guidance to trust ourselves and our needs again. My approach is solution-focused, integrative, and body-based, as I believe our bodies hold the key to our healing. I draw from Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Psychology, and Attachment Theory. I am confident that with self-compassion, understanding, and humor, any experience can be integrated in a way that it becomes more tolerable.

About Me

My bestie is my golden retriever, Frida. My favorite hobbies are tending to plants and being creative. I enjoy being in nature, and spending time with my partner and her kiddo. A perfect day includes a cozy nap and a great cup of coffee.

Georgia is not accepting new clients at this time.
