Nicole is a Registered Dietitian specializing in working alongside folks with a diverse range of identities and life experiences that are interested in exploring their relationship with food, eating, movement, and body. She works with individuals and groups, as well as giving presentations, volunteering, and advocacy work. Her client-centered approach uses a combination of healing modalities that are weight-inclusive, trauma-sensitive, and compassionate; respects a client’s personal values and sense of health and well- being; and supports their agency and autonomy.

The pervasive thoughts and behaviors we have around food and body can be distressing and isolating, robbing us of the joy, freedom, and living our lives fully. We might think it’s just us… that everyone else has it figured out… but there is something fundamentally broken with me. Someone might not be aware how common problematic eating behaviors and body hatred/dissatisfaction is and that there truly is potential for healing. I have spent decades seeking, learning, and developing tools and skills to approach the many common cycles, experiences, circumstances, and thought patterns that co-arise to create and maintain these harmful thoughts and behaviors in order to find more peace and ease, and the liberation to pursue a more pleasurable and
authentic life.
