Professional Experience:
I currently serve as a Mobile Crisis Intervention Counselor, where I provide immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. My role has allowed me to work with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups, helping them find stability, safety, and hope in some of their most difficult moments.
Before entering crisis work, I gained valuable experience in the human services field, supporting clients through a variety of personal and emotional challenges. These experiences have strengthened my ability to remain grounded, empathetic, and client-focused even in high-stress situations.
Therapeutic Approach:
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, empathy, and respect. Every person’s story is unique, so I strive to tailor each session to meet my clients where they are. My work is primarily informed by Person-Centered Therapy, and I also integrate Solution-Focused and Trauma-Informed approaches depending on a client’s needs.
My goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward healing and personal growth. I believe in helping clients strengthen their self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and rediscover their inner capacity for change.
About Me:
I am deeply passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and find peace within themselves. I view therapy as a space for healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. I’m continually inspired by the courage people show in their journeys and feel honored to be part of that process.
Outside of my professional life, I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful connection—qualities I bring into my work as a therapist each day.
