My aim is to help clients find more peace and ease, allowing them to pursue a more pleasurable and authentic life.

My approach is holistic and integrative, incorporating a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. I am dedicated to helping clients overcome problematic eating behaviors and body dissatisfaction, understanding that these issues are common and that there is potential for healing. My methods include mindful eating, mindfulness meditation, body trust, and intuitive eating.

Outside of my professional work, I am passionate about continuous learning and personal growth. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, engaging in outdoor activities, and practicing mindfulness and self-compassion.
