About Georgia Demun
We all harness the wisdom we need to navigate our own lives! Sometimes we just need to be brought back home to ourselves!
Georgia uses an integrative, body based, meditative approach with clients. She believes our bodies hold the key to our healing. She pulls from mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy, somatic psychology, attachment theory, and acceptance and commitment therapy. She believes with self-compassion any experience can be overcome!
Georgia approaches her work with children through an integrative lens. She believes children shape their world through play. She believes children shine brightest when they are met with authenticity, validation, and compassion! Georgia addresses behavioral struggles through an Adlerian Lens. She often integrates experiential, narrative, and solution focused ideas when working with families. Georgia has 6 years of experience as a behavioral therapist
